Fingerless Single Facer
Fingerless type, adopt covered with vacuum suction system to ensure perfect flute shape
Individual driving box, gimbal transmission separate dynamic oscillating to improve running stability and reducing noise.
The corrugating roll is made of special 48Cr-Mo alloy steel with grinding process and induction hardened with of hardness HRC55-60. Surface is chrome plated.
Diameter of upper corrugating roll: Φ 280mm, Φ 320mm, Φ 360mm,; Diameter of lower corrugating roll: Φ 280mm, Φ 320mm, Φ 360mm, with Japan NSK bearing. The roller is processed with special middle convexity to keep good flute performance effect.
Lifted lower of upper Corrugating roller pressure roller and glue roller in or out are pneumatic controlled.
Auto-circulating glue feeding system is provided; Surface of gluing roll is embossed with netting design and chrome plated. Glue application quantity controlled automatically.
