Doctor roller, paper guide roller grinded plated with chrome treatment and dynamic balance, Manual adjustment of the volume of glue.
Auto-circulating glue feeding is provided, effective control of the amount of glue to avoid precipitation.
On machine cabinet, operator can control paper tension by adjusting blower on overhead-bridge, also double baker speed.
Pressure roller system, pneumatic control, position adjustable.
Power is supplied by double facer or separate motor.
